About the Role:
As our HubSpot Administrator, you will be responsible for optimising our CRM, automating key workflows, and ensuring that every interaction with our players is seamless, data-driven, and engaging. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to enhance efficiency, increase conversions, and create automated player journeys that drive retention and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper segmentation.
- Develop automated workflows for player onboarding, re-engagement, and VIP nurturing.
- Create trigger-based email and SMS sequences to drive engagement and deposits.
- Implement lead scoring models to identify high-value players.
- Automate personalised offers and promotions based on player behaviour.
- Set up and manage dynamic lists and lifecycle stages to improve targeting.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness and player engagement.
- Monitor key metrics such as player retention, deposit frequency, and campaign ROI.
- Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other platforms, such as payment gateways and SMS providers.
- Work with development teams to enhance API connections and automation capabilities.
- Educate internal teams on HubSpot best practices.
- Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator, HubSpot Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot tools, including workflows, sequences, automation, and reporting.
- Experience with CRM data management and automation strategies.
- Familiarity with HubSpot integrations and third-party automation tools, such as Zapier or API connections.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- HubSpot certifications are preferred but not required.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a B2C, gaming, or rewards-based business.
- Understanding of player engagement and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with additional marketing automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for email and landing page customisation.
