Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy: Refine and execute the AI product strategy to ensure our position as the market leader in localization
Backlogs: Create, own, prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns and reflects with the product strategy, stakeholder requirements and business needs
User Stories: Define and document user stories and requirements, ensuring they are clear and well understood by the development teams
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in sales, marketing, product marketing and development teams to gather and refine product requirements
Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand our customers/users, understand their challenges to inform decisions on product evolution and roadmaps
Product Delivery: Work closely with the Agile Development Team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of roadmap features
Metrics and Data-driven approach: Use data to inform decision making, set and monitor success metrics for your products, driving user engagement and and product adoption
Communication: Always maintain clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Facilitate and lead regular cross-functional meetings, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demos.
Positively influence the Product and Development teams to deliver impactful product capabilities

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner within SaaS, ideally B2B with AI offers
Experience and understanding of AI, Machine Learning and any related technologies
Demonstrated experience in launching and iterating successful B2B SaaS products
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
Analytical, data driven approach, experience working with product analytics to track performance and impact of releases
Excellence communicator, ability to clearly articulate product related information (updates, requirements)
Leadership and strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels, ability to influence and motivate a cross-functional team
Technical acumen, coding is not necessary but need to have enough technical understanding to partner effectively with the development team on implementation, dependencies and constraints
Proactive, self-starter, great at problem solving, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment.
