Job Overview:

The Provisioning Team Lead/Manager is responsible for overseeing the provisioning process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of services and products to clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the provisioning team, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the end-to-end provisioning process, including service activation, configuration, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer support, and technical teams to ensure smooth service transitions and client satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in provisioning.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Resolve escalated issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on new technologies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in provisioning or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of provisioning systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the telecommunications or IT services industry.
