Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our hosted PABX products, 3CX and RingCentral. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and telecommunications. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for 3CX and RingCentral-hosted PABX solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and pain points.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of 3CX and RingCentral.
      • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
      • Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential clients.
      • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
        • Maintain an in-depth understanding of 3CX and RingCentral products and services.
        • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
        • Provide training and support to clients on using 3CX and RingCentral effectively.
          • Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
          • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
          • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

          Qualifications:

          • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
          • Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
          • Strong understanding of hosted PABX solutions, specifically 3CX and RingCentral.
          • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
          • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
          • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
          • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

          Preferred Skills:

          • Experience with VoIP and cloud communication solutions.
          • Familiarity with other hosted PABX products and services.
