inverters, and batteries at a simple, all-inclusive price. We're now expanding our
commercial outreach and looking for an energetic Appointment Setter to join our growing
team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Appointment Setter to connect with businesses, identify
decision-makers, and schedule qualified appointments for our solar consultants. Youll play
a key role in growing our commercial pipeline by initiating conversations, nurturing leads,
and ensuring our sales team has strong opportunities to close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact businesses via phone, email, and messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
- Identify and reach decision-makers (owners, facility managers, etc.).
- Present a brief overview of Yello Energys solar solutions. - Qualify leads based on interest, need, and eligibility.
- Set and confirm appointments for our solar sales consultants.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM/lead management system.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments or re-engage cold leads.
- Meet a weekly target of at least 4 qualified and booked appointments.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales (solar industry
preferred but not essential). - Confident and clear communication skills. - Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally. - Self-motivated with excellent time management. - Comfortable working with CRM tools and lead tracking systems. - Reliable internet and work setup if remote.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in solar, energy, or B2B services.
- Familiarity with Australian business markets or local energy initiatives (like STCs). - Multilingual or confident across different business cultures.
