Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition with a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring for both Financial and Technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry as well as the technical skills required for IT and engineering positions. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for financial and technical roles, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with the role requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and key competencies needed for success in the positions.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews, including phone screens, technical assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms and coordinating with HR and hiring managers.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process, including candidate status, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on financial services and technical roles.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the financial services sector and technical fields such as software development, IT, and engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications against role requirements effectively.
- Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
