Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with advanced expertise to manage and optimise our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, customisation, and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce environment, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Design and implement advanced Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Salesforce issues.
  • Lead Salesforce integration projects with other enterprise systems.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, ensuring that we leverage Salesforce to the fullest.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and new administrators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Proficiency in creating complex reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development tools.
