Our client is a new concept designed and developed by Anthony Spon-Smith. Launching initially with a large Outdoor furniture collection comprising over 50 ranges and 400 + items, it has a heritage born in Australia and imagined worldwide.

DUTIES: 

  • Flight & travel - bookings, scheduling etc.
  • Filing - computer files - Dropbox and files
  • Payments & Bills
  • Invoice receipts & basic Xero tasks
  • Basic presentations - PowerPoint or other
  • Grants - applications for grants with Australian or Indonesian authorities - paperwork filling out or managing.

SPREADSHEETS

Help with checking figures and reformatting spreadsheets

  1. Pricing
  2. Margin analysis
  3. Formatting
  4. Presenting

DESIGN PRESENTATIONS

  1. Assist with placing products into a design presentation for clients In Canva. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Business admin degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Keen to details
  • Must be able to prioritize.
  • Ethical behavior.
  • Accounting and finance experience.
