Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure proper document management.
  • Handle email communications, screen calls, and manage contact lists.
  • Assist in data entry, reporting, and maintaining databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
  • Conduct online research and prepare summaries for projects as needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Administrative Experience: Minimum 5 years in administrative roles with demonstrated long tenure at previous employers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with office software including MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Internet Connectivity: Stable, high-speed internet connection (evidence required).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
