JOB SUMMARY
The Environmental, Health, Safety, and Injury (EHS&I) Senior Implementation Consultant leads our customers through the onboarding journey of HSI Donesafe solutions from project initiation through to support. This role requires HSEI awareness (and ideally expertise), technical proficiency, and client engagement skills to facilitate successful deployments that deliver demonstrable value to our customers.
The ideal applicant will have EHS&I industry knowledge, excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills required for successful client communication and project delivery. Strong technical and analytical skills are essential, as a significant part of the role involves configuring HSI workflow-based solutions.
The EHS&I Senior Implementation Consultant must communicate effectively in writing and verbally to various stakeholders and be skilled at explaining technical concepts in layperson's terms. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset is essential for anticipating problems and developing timely remedies. Adaptability, patience, and meticulous attention to detail are required to expedite project completion and ensure client satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for:
- Client Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions with new customers to provide detailed guidance through the implementation process.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct workshops to elicit, understand, and clearly define customer requirements aligned with the agreed scope of work.
- Project Management: Independently manage projects from start to finish, tracking progress, ensuring timely updates, and delivering within scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate as part of a team under project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Configuration: Complete HSI Donesafe Software Solutions' technical design documentation and configuration based on customer requirements.
- Data Migration: Assist clients in mapping data from legacy systems to HSI Donesafe solutions.
- Training & Documentation: Facilitate training sessions and create user documentation to ensure successful transition for customer administrators and end users.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct internal and client-facing tests to ensure the solution meets high-quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Go-Live Support: Support the go-live phase, facilitating handover to support and ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks, assess impact, and communicate promptly to project managers or stakeholders. Collaborate on mitigation strategies and maintain a risk log.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide handover deliverables to Support and Customer Services Teams. Assist with resolving technical queries for seamless post-implementation support.
- Other Duties: Perform tasks as required to meet business and customer needs, contributing to overall business objectives and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, EHS&I, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSEI management, business analysis, workflow systems, or related fields
- Proven leadership skills in high-performance, fast-paced teams
- Exceptional written and oral communication and negotiation skills
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of tools
