Core Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

  • Assist in managing and monitoring the content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all channels.
  • Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, aligning with Millons brand voice.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and enquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Flag important enquiries from social and website inboxes to the Brand Manager.
  • Organise and catalogue photo/video assets from shoots for future use.
  • Repurpose long-form content into reels, stories, and posts under brand guidelines.

Collateral & Brand Assets

  • Support the creation and updating of customer-facing collateral, including:
    • Wedding brochures & tasting notes
    • Accommodation signage & materials
    • Wine Club & Loyalty Program collateral
  • Assist with refreshing in-estate branding such as menus, signage, and promotional displays.

Administrative & Research

  • Track and record press mentions, influencer posts, and partner coverage.
  • Research and compile potential collaboration opportunities (influencers, venues, tourism bodies, publications).
  • Maintain and update campaign trackers, marketing schedules, and contact databases.
  • Support event-related tasks for Weddings, Stays activations, and Wine Club launches.

Skills & Attributes

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Loomly, Klaviyo).
  • Graphic design skills: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
