Social Worker Manager

Job Details:

The Social Work Manager is accountable for leading the Social Work team and overseeing the effectiveness of the social services and behavioral health programs.

Essential Job Duties:

Manage Social Work Supervisor, Social Workers, and Behavioral Health Specialists, as well as Social

Oversee the effectiveness of social work assessments and IDT participation

Ensure outstanding delivery of all social work interventions as agreed upon in the participants care plans and based on urgent needs that arise

Job Requirements:

Masters degree in social work (MSW) required

Social work licensure preferred

2 years prior social work supervision/leadership strongly preferred

1 year of experience with a frail or elderly population

Excellent skills in settings with frail and elderly participants, their families, and team members

Valid state drivers license with a clean DMV record

Copy of recent vehicle insurance required
