Job Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods, materials, and shipments. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring schedules are met.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transportation services to optimize the supply chain.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
  • Maintain records of inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple shipments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., TMS, ERP systems).
  • Knowledge of US shipping regulations and processes is a plus.
  • Must be residing in LATAM Countries.
