Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Assurance Coordinator to monitor financial transactions, manage collections, and ensure revenue accuracy for our clients in the property management industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with rent ledgers, reconciliations, and tenant communications, as well as a strong understanding of billing and collections workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and verify financial transactions to ensure accurate revenue recording

  • Track outstanding balances, send payment reminders, and manage collections

  • Reconcile resident ledgers, post payments, and issue credits or refunds as needed

  • Generate and review financial reports, identifying revenue inconsistencies or errors

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes and financial accuracy

  • Communicate with tenants, property managers, and clients regarding payment issues

  • Manage and document all revenue-related communications in property management systems

  • Assist in maintaining a low delinquency rate across assigned properties

  • Suggest process improvements to reduce revenue leakage and increase efficiency

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue assurance, accounts receivable, or property management finance

  • Strong understanding of billing, collections, and account reconciliation

  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience in property management or HOA accounting

  • Familiarity with U.S. accounting standards and lease agreement terms

  • Knowledge of delinquency reporting, SODAs, and ledger adjustments

  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America
