Job Summary
We are seeking a Revenue Assurance Coordinator to oversee financial transactions, ensure revenue accuracy, and manage collections. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, property managers, and clients to enhance billing processes and maintain financial integrity.
Responsibilities

Monitor and verify financial transactions to ensure accurate revenue recording.

Manage collections, track outstanding balances, and resolve payment discrepancies.

Analyze financial reports to identify trends and revenue inconsistencies.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.

Communicate with clients and property managers to address financial concerns and payment issues.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing revenue reports for management.

Provide recommendations for process improvements to reduce revenue leakage.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue assurance, accounts receivable, or financial analysis.

Strong understanding of billing, collections, and financial reconciliation.

Proficiency in accounting or property management software (e.g., QuickBooks, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
