We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in property management and proficiency in Vantaca or CINC software. As a CSR, you will act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, tenants, and property managers, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:

    • Respond promptly to homeowner and tenant inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Resolve issues related to property management, billing, and account details in a professional and timely manner.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Property Management Support:

    • Utilize Vantaca or CINC to update and manage homeowner records, account details, and financial transactions.
    • Assist with community newsletters, notices, and other communication efforts.
    • Process payments, account adjustments, and fee reconciliations as required.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Support the onboarding process for new homeowners, ensuring smooth integration into the community.
    • Collaborate with property managers to address homeowner concerns and improve operational efficiency.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in the US any property management industry.
  • Proficiency with Vantaca or CINC software (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain professional and empathetic under pressure.
  • Familiarity with property management processes and terminology is a plus.
