Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant (VA) to support real estate agents, brokers, or property managers in managing their day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate operations, is tech-savvy, and can manage multiple administrative and marketing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for agents or brokers

  • Coordinate listings, property showings, and transaction timelines

  • Create and maintain property listings on MLS and other platforms

  • Prepare contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents

  • Provide basic client support and follow-up through CRM tools

  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media scheduling, graphic creation, and newsletters

  • Conduct online research and comparative market analysis (CMA)

  • Maintain organized digital files and ensure all records are up to date

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, escrow companies, and lenders

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • 12 years of experience in a real estate support or virtual assistant role

  • Familiarity with real estate tools such as MLS, DocuSign, CRMs (Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

  • Strong attention to detail and a client-focused attitude

Preferred:

  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite)

  • Background in U.S.-based real estate transactions

  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
