Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Renderer to create photorealistic visualizations for real estate marketing, architectural presentations, and construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in interior and exterior rendering, can interpret AutoCAD files accurately, and delivers compelling 3D assets that elevate design communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality 3D renderings of property interiors and exteriors based on sketches, CAD drawings, and design briefs

  • Develop 3D floor plans, virtual staging, and property layouts for real estate listings and presentations

  • Interpret AutoCAD drawings for accurate modeling and visualization

  • Create rendering assets optimized for marketing use, including websites, brochures, decks, and MLS listings

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to understand visual expectations and requirements

  • Revise renderings based on team and client feedback while ensuring visual consistency and quality

  • Maintain a digital asset library of 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and environment presets

  • Support architects and real estate professionals in spatial planning and design presentation

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in 3D rendering or architectural visualization

  • Proven ability to convert technical documents into detailed and appealing visual assets

  • Experience with U.S. architectural standards or real estate layouts is a plus

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar

  • Skilled in post-processing software like Photoshop

  • Strong understanding of camera setup, lighting, materials, and texture mapping

  • Ability to interpret floor plans and elevations accurately

Soft Skills:

  • High attention to detail and eye for design aesthetics

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote team

  • Self-starter who can manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

Additional Requirements

  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America

  • Must have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstation
