Job Overview:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods. You will work with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to optimize the flow of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze and improve supply chain processes, identifying areas for cost reduction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
  • Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Familiarity with US regulations and supply chain processes is a plus.
