We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager Virtual Assistant (VA). In this role, you will help expand our client base, identify new business opportunities, and assist in executing strategies that drive growth. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our efforts to expand and maintain strong client relationships in US sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential clients
- Generate new business leads through online platforms, networking, and other methods.
- Maintain and update a lead database, ensuring consistent follow-up and qualification of leads.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects in the property management industry.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with companies, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in managing the onboarding process for new clients.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct research on trends, identifying new market opportunities.
- Help develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding services to existing clients.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations, market conditions, and competitors.
- Sales Support:
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized reports for property management clients.
- Coordinate sales meetings and follow-up actions to convert leads into clients.
- Monitor and report on sales progress, lead conversions, and client satisfaction.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage client databases, contracts, and business development records.
- Organize logistics for meetings, events, or trade shows related to the property management industry.
- Assist with scheduling, email management, and other administrative tasks related to business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the property management industry.
- Strong understanding of the property management sector, including terminology, practices, and key players.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client relationship building.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being a team player.
