Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist with experience in Vantaca to manage and track incoming payments efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoicing, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collection of payments while maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Vantaca and other financial software.


Responsibilities

  • Generate and send out invoices to clients accurately and on time.
  • Monitor accounts for incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Manage accounts receivable processes in Vantaca, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment reminders and account status.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of all financial transactions.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes and generate AR reports as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline AR processes and improve efficiency.


Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Vantaca software.
  • Strong understanding of AR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience in property management or HOA management.
  • Familiarity with US accounting standards and regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.
