Job Summary
We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience using Karmak Fusion to manage transportation, shipping, inventory, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in logistics coordination within the trucking, automotive, or fleet management space.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor shipping, receiving, and inventory movement using Karmak Fusion

Manage order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and real-time shipment tracking

Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery schedules

Resolve logistics-related issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, and documentation discrepancies

Generate and analyze logistics and operations reports to support decision-making

Support warehouse and fleet operations by tracking service schedules and inventory movement

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal logistics standards
Qualifications and Skills
Required:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or transportation support

Direct experience using Karmak Fusion or other Karmak platforms

Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related productivity tools

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Familiarity with shipping documentation, tracking systems, and inventory management
Preferred:

Experience in the automotive, trucking, or fleet management industry

Background working with U.S.-based logistics or supply chain teams
