Job Summary

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator with Karmak Experience to manage and optimize transportation and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in using Karmak Fusion software to manage inventory, shipments, and logistics data.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor shipping, receiving, and inventory movement using Karmak Fusion.

  • Manage order fulfillment, tracking, and scheduling of deliveries.

  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery schedules.

  • Resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damaged goods, and documentation errors.

  • Generate and analyze logistics reports to support business operations.

  • Support warehouse and fleet management operations as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with logistics and transportation regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of logistics coordination experience.

  • Hands-on experience with Karmak Fusion or other Karmak platforms.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

  • Familiarity with shipping documentation, tracking systems, and inventory control.

Preferred:

  • Experience with transportation or parts departments in the automotive/trucking industry.

  • Background in US logistics or supply chain management.
