Job Summary

We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience using Karmak Fusion to manage transportation, shipping, inventory, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in logistics coordination within the trucking, automotive, or fleet management space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor shipping, receiving, and inventory movement using Karmak Fusion

  • Manage order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and real-time shipment tracking

  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery schedules

  • Resolve logistics-related issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, and documentation discrepancies

  • Generate and analyze logistics and operations reports to support decision-making

  • Support warehouse and fleet operations by tracking service schedules and inventory movement

  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal logistics standards

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or transportation support

  • Direct experience using Karmak Fusion or other Karmak platforms

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related productivity tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Familiarity with shipping documentation, tracking systems, and inventory management

Preferred:

  • Experience in the automotive, trucking, or fleet management industry

  • Background working with U.S.-based logistics or supply chain teams
