Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our clients online stores. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, product listings, order processing, customer service, and marketing support. You will play a key role in day-to-day store operations, sales performance tracking, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

  • Create, edit, and optimize product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or WooCommerce

  • Conduct market and competitor research to improve product visibility and pricing strategies

  • Upload and manage high-quality product images, descriptions, and SEO keywords

Inventory & Order Management

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed

  • Process and track orders to ensure on-time and accurate delivery

  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve order issues

Customer Service

  • Respond to inquiries via email, chat, or social media

  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

  • Monitor and respond to reviews, ratings, and feedback across platforms

Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing promotional campaigns, product launches, and discount events

  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms

  • Support management of paid ads (e.g., Amazon PPC, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads)

Data & Reporting

  • Generate regular sales and performance reports

  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, and customer retention

  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate order records, transaction logs, and expense reports

  • Organize product catalogs and ensure product data is always up to date

  • Stay current with e-commerce tools, trends, and best practices

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an E-commerce Virtual Assistant or similar role

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or WooCommerce

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Canva, and tools like Trello or ClickUp

  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and product listing optimization

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Customer-centric and solution-oriented attitude

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with dropshipping or Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) operations

  • Knowledge of inventory management tools and reporting dashboards

  • Experience running or supporting social media campaigns and paid ads

  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America

  • Must have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstation
