Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our clients in managing and growing their online stores. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, product listing management, order processing, customer service, and marketing tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with e-commerce platforms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management:

    • Create, edit, and optimize product listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or WooCommerce.
    • Conduct competitor research to improve product visibility and pricing strategies.
    • Upload high-quality images and manage product descriptions, specifications, and SEO keywords.
  • Inventory and Order Management:

    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
    • Process and track orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
    • Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve any order-related issues.
  • Customer Service:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
    • Resolve complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and respond to reviews, feedback, and ratings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Marketing Support:

    • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, including discounts, sales, and product launches.
    • Create social media content to drive traffic to the online store.
    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon PPC, or Facebook Ads).
  • Data and Analytics:

    • Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Track and monitor KPIs like conversion rates, traffic, and customer retention.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and expenses.
    • Organize product catalogs and ensure all information is up-to-date.
    • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an E-commerce VA or in a similar role.
  • Platform Expertise: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or WooCommerce.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, or Asana).
    • Knowledge of SEO, product keyword research, and listing optimization.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Experience with social media marketing and paid ad campaigns is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule to support clients in different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of dropshipping or FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) processes.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software or tools.
