Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HOA Community Manager to support the management of homeowner associations. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management within the HOA industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. You will work closely with property managers, homeowners, and vendors, helping to ensure smooth operations and the enforcement of HOA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the HOA board, homeowners, and vendors, addressing inquiries, distributing communications, and coordinating meetings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of property ownership, contracts, financial transactions, and correspondence.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, collecting dues, processing payments, and generating financial reports for the HOA board.
- Vendor Coordination: Source and coordinate vendors for community maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and other services.
- Enforcement of Rules & Regulations: Monitor compliance with HOA rules, issue violation notices, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Meeting Support: Prepare materials for board meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up tasks.
- Property Inspections: Regularly inspect common areas and individual properties to ensure they are maintained according to HOA standards.
- Project Assistance: Provide support for community events, capital improvement projects, and landscaping upgrades.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HOA or property management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Appfolio, Buildium, Vantaca).
- In-depth knowledge of HOA regulations and legal requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
