Job Overview:
The Transportation Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. You will work closely with logistics providers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all transportation-related activities, including shipping, receiving, and fleet management.
• Negotiate contracts with transportation providers to ensure competitive rates and service levels.
• Optimize transportation routes and processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and track shipments, addressing any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with US transportation regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Transportation Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with US transportation regulations and customs procedures.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
