Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in property management and proficiency in Vantaca or CINC software. As a CSR, you will act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, tenants, and property managers, delivering exceptional service and supporting day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities

Respond promptly to homeowner and tenant inquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms.

Resolve property management-related concerns, billing issues, and account questions professionally and efficiently.

Utilize Vantaca or CINC to update and manage homeowner records, account details, and transactions.

Assist with communication efforts such as community newsletters and notices.

Process payments, account adjustments, and fee reconciliations.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions in the system.

Support the onboarding of new homeowners to ensure a seamless experience.

Collaborate with property managers to resolve concerns and improve operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in the US property management industry

Proficiency in Vantaca or CINC software

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Problem-solving skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor
