Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in property management and proficiency in Vantaca or CINC software. As a CSR, you will act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, tenants, and property managers, delivering exceptional service and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to homeowner and tenant inquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms.

• Resolve property management-related concerns, billing issues, and account questions professionally and efficiently.

• Utilize Vantaca or CINC to update and manage homeowner records, account details, and transactions.

• Assist with communication efforts such as community newsletters and notices.

• Process payments, account adjustments, and fee reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions in the system.

• Support the onboarding of new homeowners to ensure a seamless experience.

• Collaborate with property managers to resolve concerns and improve operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in the US property management industry

• Proficiency in Vantaca or CINC software

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Problem-solving skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor
