Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Associate Guest Communication team member to join our Guest Communication Analyst department. This role involves managing guest services and ensuring an exceptional guest experience for properties located in Chile and North America. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. With a focus on delivering outstanding service, this role is perfect for individuals who are results-driven and adaptable.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with guests using various technology platforms.
- Manage guest reservations, ensuring smooth booking processes.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide detailed accommodation information.
- Assist and resolve guest concerns during their stay, coordinating with the operations team as required.
- Provide real-time feedback to the operations team to address guest needs and improve services.
- Collaborate on developing new operational processes for enhanced digital operations.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions and reservations.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English/Spanish or advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
- Experience: 1-2 years, preferably in customer service, property management, short-term rentals or Airbnb.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a tech-savvy mindset.
- Personal Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, energetic, and detail-oriented.
