Job Title: Social Media Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to drive the digital marketing efforts of our brand across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media strategies and digital marketing trends, creating and executing campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role involves developing content, managing online communities, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create and manage social media strategies that align with the overall digital marketing plan, focusing on increasing brand visibility and engagement across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Content Creation and Curation: Design and curate engaging and relevant content, including images, videos, and written posts, to maintain a cohesive and compelling brand presence.
  • Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content. Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Campaign Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, click-through rates, and conversions. Use insights to refine strategies and improve overall campaign performance.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the digital marketing, SEO, and content teams to ensure social media efforts support broader marketing objectives. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Influencer Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and industry leaders to expand the brand's reach and credibility.
  • Stay Updated on Social Media Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, ensuring the brand remains relevant and effective in its approach.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
  • Brand Monitoring and Competitor Analysis: Monitor brand mentions, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the digital marketing space.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media trends, with a focus on engagement, conversion optimization, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Experience with paid social media advertising, including campaign creation, management, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience collaborating with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
  • Knowledge of video editing, graphic design, or content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Final Cut Pro.
