Job Overview:
The Bilingual Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, prospects, and clients in both English and Spanish. Working closely with the sales team, this role focuses on generating leads, setting appointments, and following up with potential buyers and sellers within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate is fluent in both languages, possesses strong communication skills, and is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, both buyers and sellers, in the real estate industry, using provided scripts and guidelines.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to gather information, qualify leads, and assess their interest in real estate services.
- Handle cold calling for both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking leads.
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on set criteria.
- Use questioning techniques to assess their needs, preferences, and timelines.
- Record all relevant information accurately in CRM systems.
- Appointment Setting:
- Set appointments with qualified prospects for real estate agents or sales team members.
- Ensure smooth communication between the prospect and the sales team, relaying necessary information about client needs.
- Follow-Up:
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, or SMS to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Provide updates on listings, market trends, and real estate developments as needed.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in the companys CRM system.
- Generate reports based on call activity, lead status, and conversion rates.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about the real estate market, property listings, and relevant market trends to better engage prospects and address their concerns.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify market opportunities to enhance outreach efforts.
- Bilingual Communication (English/Spanish):
- Effectively communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients to ensure clear understanding and positive client experiences.
- Translate key documents and messages when needed for Spanish-speaking clients.
Qualifications:
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in real estate or sales).
- Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and reporting tools (experience with real estate CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate or property management sales.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends, terminology, and processes.
