Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller with a background in broker recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential broker leads with the goal of introducing them to our brokerage firm. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to build rapport and qualify leads over the phone.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential broker leads to introduce brokerage services and partnership opportunities

Use a structured script to present the value proposition, handle objections, and answer questions

Qualify prospects by understanding their background, experience, and potential fit

Schedule follow-up calls, appointments, or virtual meetings for interested leads

Maintain and update a CRM with accurate records of call outcomes and next steps

Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to optimize outreach strategy

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and recruitment best practices
Qualifications and Skills
Required:

Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, especially in broker or agent recruitment

Knowledge of the real estate industry and brokerage business models

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build rapport and guide prospects through the recruitment process

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
