Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant to support the management of our rental properties. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest experiences, and effective coordination with property owners and service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Communication:
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests via email, chat, or messaging platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO).
  • Handle pre-arrival and post-departure communication, including check-in and check-out instructions.
  • Resolve guest issues and escalate as needed.
• Property Listings Management:
  • Create, update, and optimize property listings to maximize visibility and bookings.
  • Monitor and update availability calendars across platforms.
• Booking Management:
  • Process bookings and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle cancellations, refunds, and modifications as per policy.
• Coordination with Service Providers:
  • Schedule and coordinate cleaning services, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Ensure timely restocking of supplies.
• Performance Reporting:
  • Track and report key metrics such as occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Short-Term Rental VA or similar role (e.g., Airbnb host, property manager).
• Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and property management software (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing).
• Experience in managing multiple properties.
• Familiarity with local regulations for short-term rentals.
• Basic marketing skills for promoting properties.
