E-commerce Admin Assistant / Order Processing Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient E-commerce Order Processing Specialist to support their growing e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing a high volume of orders daily, ensuring accurate data entry into their SAP ERP system, and timely order confirmations to their e-commerce partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and process orders from various e-commerce platforms.
  • Accurately input order data into our SAP ERP system.
  • Confirm and acknowledge orders to e-commerce partners in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to order processing.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Identify and resolve order processing issues and discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and industry best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in order processing, data entry, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Additional Considerations:

  • Experience in the lighting or e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of order management systems and inventory control is beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
