Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced virtual assistants (VAs) who have worked in various roles within REMAX. If you have experience as a VA, transaction coordinator, marketing assistant, or any other capacity within REMAX, we want to hear from you. Your expertise and knowledge of REMAX systems and processes will be invaluable to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, brokers, and teams within the REMAX network.
- Assist with transaction coordination, including managing contracts, paperwork, and deadlines.
- Coordinate marketing activities such as social media management, email campaigns, and listing promotions.
- Maintain client databases, update listings, and prepare marketing materials using REMAX tools and resources.
- Assist with lead generation, follow-up, and client communication.
- Coordinate closings and communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Stay updated on RE/MAX policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within the REMAX network.
- Familiarity with REMAX systems, tools, and technology.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
