Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Real Estate Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead digital marketing efforts and online brand presence for our real estate clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, paid ad campaigns, and SEO strategies designed to generate leads and grow audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for real estate services and property listings

Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including daily posts, engagement, and community building

Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites aligned with branding

Design and launch paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads

Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign metrics; analyze data to refine and optimize strategies

Maintain and update real estate websites with SEO best practices in mind

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals

Research competitor activity, industry trends, and market conditions to inform strategy

Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients

Support promotional events and online campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement
Qualifications and Skills
Required:

2+ years of experience in real estate marketing or social media management

Proven track record managing social media, growing audiences, and creating content

Familiarity with digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, and Hootsuite

Experience with SEO and website content optimization

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously

Comfortable with using data and analytics to adjust marketing tactics
