Job Overview: 

As the Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our real estate services and listings. You will leverage social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and traditional marketing methods to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate services, properties, and brand.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) that reflects our brand voice and attracts potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedule, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads to support property listings and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing and social media management, preferably in the US real estate industry.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
