Position Overview: We are looking for a versatile and proactive General Admin Social Media Manager (SMM) with a solid background in Property Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting property management activities. This role requires a blend of social media expertise, administrative skills, and property management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    • Create, schedule, and manage content including posts, images, and videos.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and industry updates.
    • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess performance and ROI.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication.
  • Property Management:
    • Assist in coordinating and implementing property management projects, including maintenance scheduling and tenant services.
    • Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Collaborate with property teams to achieve project goals and maintain operational efficiency.
    • Oversee project documentation and generate reports to track progress and outcomes.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication:

    • Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media practices.
    • Apply insights to optimize social media strategies and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience in property management within the industry is a MUST.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
