Job Summary:

Were seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Marketing Support Specialist to help drive digital growth and marketing efficiency for our clients. This remote position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in content creation, social media strategy, website maintenance, and campaign executionespecially someone who can work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Our ideal candidate is both a strategist and executor, capable of building a strong brand presence while managing the day-to-day marketing functions that drive ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) using tools like Canva and scheduling apps.

  • Content Creation: Create engaging, brand-aligned graphics, captions, reels, and blog content to support campaigns and community growth.

  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist in planning and launching paid ads, email campaigns, and lead generation funnels.

  • Marketing Strategy Execution: Collaborate with leadership to translate high-level marketing goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

  • Website Maintenance: Update and manage basic website content (via WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS platforms).

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social insights. Deliver regular reports with data-driven recommendations.

  • Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to reviews/comments and support community engagement initiatives.

  • Coordination: Support project timelines, vendor communication, and general marketing coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and marketing coordination, preferably in service-based industries.

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.

  • Experience with basic website editing and SEO is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and creative thinking.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal micromanagement.

  • Prior experience supporting remote teams or international clients is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads).

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).

  • Knowledge of basic video editing for reels and stories is a plus
