Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller & Appointment Setter with a strong background in real estate, brokerage, and investment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting real estate professionals. Responsibilities

Cold Calling

  • Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, utilizing provided lists and self-sourced leads.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with prospective clients to introduce real estate opportunities, services, and investment options.
  • Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria to determine their potential interest and readiness.
  • Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

Appointment Setting

  • Scheduling: Coordinate and set appointments for real estate agents, brokers, and investors with qualified leads.
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars for real estate professionals, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing conflicts.
  • Confirmation: Confirm appointments with clients and provide necessary information and reminders.
  • Tracking: Maintain detailed records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.


Qualifications: 

  • Experience:
    • Real Estate: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, including knowledge of market trends and property types.
    • Broker/Realtor: Proven experience working with brokers and realtors, understanding their processes and needs.
    • Investors: Familiarity with real estate investment strategies and the ability to discuss investment opportunities confidently.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Certifications: Real estate licenses or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
