Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Cold Callers & Appointment Setters to assist real estate agents in generating leads and booking qualified appointments. The ideal candidate has experience in outbound calling, handling objections, and engaging prospects with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads to promote real estate services

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments with real estate agents or brokers

• Build rapport with prospects and effectively handle objections

• Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and lead statuses in CRM platforms

• Follow up with leads as needed to confirm appointments or re-engage interest

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment goals

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone at all times

• Deliver regular performance updates to the real estate team

• Assist in refining cold call scripts and outreach strategy

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• 1+ year of experience in cold calling or appointment setting (preferably in real estate)

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills

• Resilience and motivation to handle rejection professionally

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Preferred:

• Experience working with real estate agents or real estate companies

• Familiarity with lead generation tactics and call scripting

• Understanding of real estate processes and terminology
