Salary: $85,000 $140,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive retention. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them achieve their goals while maximizing the value of our products/services. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Onboard new clients and provide training, support, and best practices to maximize product adoption.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalations.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product enhancements and company improvements.
  • Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes by providing strategic guidance and solutions.
  • Track key metrics such as customer retention, churn, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer retention and engagement strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and customer feedback tools.
