Salary: $95,000 $150,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and ensuring business objectives are met. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all business processes run smoothly.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to ensure company goals are met.
• Coordinate with various departments (HR, finance, logistics, customer service) to improve processes.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Lead and mentor teams to enhance performance and engagement.
• Use data and analytics to make informed operational decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in operations management, business administration, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and workflow automation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience working in e-commerce, technology, or service-based industries.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
