Salary: $90,000 $140,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating seamless user interfaces and improving the overall user experience. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to bring concepts to life.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Optimize user flows, interactions, and visual elements to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, user flows, and wireframes.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
  • Knowledge of usability testing, user research, and wireframing tools.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, visual design principles, and interaction design.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing for SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development (optional but beneficial).
  • Experience with agile or scrum methodologies in a design environment.
