Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Present and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales experience (B2B or B2C).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, retail, finance, or tech sales.
- Knowledge of lead generation and prospecting strategies.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
