Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Present and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS, retail, finance, or tech sales.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and prospecting strategies.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
