- Conduct routine inspections and quality control of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Supervise daily MEP site activities and monitor contractor/vendor execution, workmanship, Method Statement compliance, and overall project progress.
Oversee material inspection upon delivery, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), manage defect lists, and enforce timely resolution of punch lists.
Coordinate MEP works with contractors, vendors, Civil, IT, and other project stakeholders, including progress verification and site issue resolution.
Review drawings, specifications, and installation works to ensure the latest approved documents are implemented on site and prevent the use of obsolete drawings.
Support testing & commissioning (T&C) activities by witnessing site tests, verifying test results, and monitoring commissioning punch list closure.
Prepare comprehensive QC reports and project documentation, support HSE compliance, review as-built drawings and O&M manuals, and facilitate final project handover.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP Quality Control, Site Supervision, Construction, or Project Execution.
Experience in MEP construction and site supervision, preferably in data centers, critical facilities, or commercial building projects.
Proven experience in QA/QC inspection, Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management, defect management, progress verification, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C)
Deep understanding of MEP engineering principles, QA/QC inspection standards, and technical drawing/specification reviews.
Proficiency in basic AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and structured QC reporting/documentation.
Relevant professional certifications in QA/QC, HSE, or specialized MEP disciplines are a plus.
Strong site supervision, contractor/vendor management, and coordination abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
