- Site Supervision & Quality Control: Supervise daily structural works (foundations, columns, slabs, and roofs) to ensure compliance with approved working drawings, construction methods, and quality standards.
Data Gathering & Inspection: Conduct detailed field inspections, record critical parameters (rebars, pouring procedures, slump tests, material quality), and complete daily pouring checklists.
Progress & Administration: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports with comprehensive photo/video documentation, assist with BOQ checking, and perform basic site measurements (elevations, rebar length, marking).
Field Coordination: Coordinate directly with contractors, foremen, vendors, and internal project teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Material & HSE Compliance: Inspect incoming site materials against technical specifications and enforce Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on-site.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 3 years of experience in contractor/developer companies (experience in high-rise or multi-story buildings is a plus).
Solid understanding of structural work (formwork, reinforcement, concrete casting, and earthworks).
Proficient in reading technical working drawings (structural, architectural, civil).
Strong data recording skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for site-level coordination.
Physically fit, disciplined, proactive, and willing to work on-site under varying field conditions.
