Job Description:

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively prospecting and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points
  • Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to effectively position OttoDigital Group's products and services
  • Negotiating and closing new business deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Providing regular updates and insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and pipeline progress
  • Contributing to the development of new sales initiatives and go-to-market strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in new business development or corporate sales, preferably in the technology or digital services industry
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to identify and articulate client needs
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in short period
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
