Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle data center project delivery, establishing project strategy, baselines, scope, targets, and milestones.
- Monitor schedule, progress, and critical path to implement proactive corrective, recovery, or acceleration plans.
- Manage project finances, including budgets, expenditures, commitments, variation orders, claims, and cost impacts.
- Lead design and technical alignment across multidisciplinary engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Drive construction execution, field coordination, and cross-functional issue resolution to meet quality and safety targets.
Oversee risk management, HSE, quality inspections, and regulatory/standard compliance.
Provide executive performance reporting, forecasts, testing & commissioning oversight, documentation, and
project close-out.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Control Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Min. 10 years of professional experience in project management, construction, engineering, or data center operations.
Min. 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
Proven track record leading medium to large-scale data center projects (experience with 10 MW+ capacity
projects is preferred).- Experience managing full end-to-end project lifecycles across multidisciplinary engineering teams (Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil/Structural, Architectural).
Experience in live/operational data center environments is preferred.
Strong expertise in Data Center Project Management (scheduling, cost control, risk, contracts) & engineering
standards.Proficient in Microsoft Project / Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Visio, MS Office (familiarity with ETAP is a plus).
Strategic decision-making, conflict resolution, advanced negotiation, team leadership, and strong stakeholder
management.
