Job Description:


  • Serving as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.

  • Building and sustaining trusting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the client organization.

  • Conducting regular meetings (both virtual and in-person) to review performance, address concerns, and plan future initiatives.

  • Acting as the client's advocate internally, effectively communicating their needs, goals, and feedback to internal teams such as Product, Sales, Operations, and Technical Support.

  • Ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding project status, service delivery, or changes in product offerings.

  • Developing a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and core challenges.

  • Identifying strategic opportunities for new services, products, or solutions that align with the client's evolving needs through upselling and cross-selling.

  • Creating and presenting structured account plans and strategies to both management and the client.

  • Reviewing regularly the successful delivery of services or products to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Managing client renewals and executing smooth contract negotiations.

  • Taking full ownership of client escalations and service issues, and coordinating internal resources to resolve problems smoothly and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3-7+ years of experience in Client/Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a relevant customer-facing role.

  • Strong industry knowledge within the F&B, Retail, or Supply Chain Distribution sectors.

  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an articulate, persuasive, and empathetic communication style.

  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities to build rapport and manage relationships across different organizational levels.

  • Highly skilled in negotiation, diplomacy, contract resolution, conflict management, and handling difficult conversations.

  • Solid business acumen, including a strong understanding of financial metrics, contract terms, and the complete sales cycle.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
