Ensuring the employee database and data monitoring systems are comprehensive, valid, and aligned with organizational needs.
Managing, maintaining, and ensuring the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) operates at an optimal level.
Coordinating data collection and ensuring deep analysis is available from various sources to fulfill HC requirements.
Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure data analysis is readily available for decision-making and various regulatory compliance needs.
Driving process improvements and automation to continually increase efficiency and data accuracy within HR Data.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Data Analytics or HRIS.
Solid understanding of core HR processes and HRIS platforms.
Highly proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and/or SQL.
Hands-on experience working with data visualization tools.
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
Exceptional analytical thinking and sharp attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
