Job Description:


  • Ensuring the employee database and data monitoring systems are comprehensive, valid, and aligned with organizational needs.

  • Managing, maintaining, and ensuring the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) operates at an optimal level.

  • Coordinating data collection and ensuring deep analysis is available from various sources to fulfill HC requirements.

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure data analysis is readily available for decision-making and various regulatory compliance needs.

  • Driving process improvements and automation to continually increase efficiency and data accuracy within HR Data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Data Analytics or HRIS.

  • Solid understanding of core HR processes and HRIS platforms.

  • Highly proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and/or SQL.

  • Hands-on experience working with data visualization tools.

  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.

  • Exceptional analytical thinking and sharp attention to detail.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
