Public Relations Strategy: Develop and execute PR strategies to strengthen the company's public image.
Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers, as well as manage communication and provide strategic responses to media inquiries.
Content Creation: Write and distribute press releases, articles, and media statements.
Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, ensuring consistency across all internal channels (email, intranet, corporate social media).
Brand Messaging: Work closely with the marketing team to create consistent brand messaging.
Event Coordination: Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and networking activities.
Representation: Represent the company in public speaking engagements, media interviews, and industry events.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in PR, corporate communication, or media relations.
Experience in Marketing, Financial Technology (Start-up), Financial Company, or Mass Media in the Financial & Technology segment is preferred.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, including proficiency in content creation, press release writing, and corporate messaging.
Excellent media relations and public speaking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple communication platforms and channels effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
