  • Public Relations Strategy: Develop and execute PR strategies to strengthen the company's public image.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers, as well as manage communication and provide strategic responses to media inquiries.
  • Content Creation: Write and distribute press releases, articles, and media statements.
  • Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, ensuring consistency across all internal channels (email, intranet, corporate social media).
  • Brand Messaging: Work closely with the marketing team to create consistent brand messaging.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Representation: Represent the company in public speaking engagements, media interviews, and industry events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in PR, corporate communication, or media relations.
  • Experience in Marketing, Financial Technology (Start-up), Financial Company, or Mass Media in the Financial & Technology segment is preferred.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, including proficiency in content creation, press release writing, and corporate messaging.
  • Excellent media relations and public speaking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication platforms and channels effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
