  • Supervise and monitor daily MEP installation works, including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Protection, and Building Management Systems (BMS) at site.
  • Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings, engineering specs, Method Statements, and material submittals to ensure compliance with approved designs.

  • Track project progress against baseline schedules, conduct quality inspections, enforce material compliance, and manage defect/NCR resolutions.

  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues and maintain momentum.

  • Support and monitor site testing & commissioning, Integrated System Testing (IST), redundancy checks, and system readiness.

  • Enforce site HSE rules, technical engineering standards, data center reliability codes, and applicable regulations.

  • Prepare engineering progress reports, review as-built drawings and O&M manuals, and support smooth project handover.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, construction, site supervision, or project execution.

  • Demonstrated experience in data centers, critical facilities, or high-spec infrastructure projects is strongly preferred

  • Deep expertise in MEP systems: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and BMS

  • Understanding of Data Center Infrastructure Standards (e.g., TIA-942 / Uptime Institute Tier requirements) and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) procedures.

  • AutoCAD, BIM / Revit, and project planning tools like MS Project or Primavera.

  • Professional engineering licenses, HSE certifications, or data center engineering credentials are a plus.

  • Strong site supervision, contractor/vendor management, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, clear communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
