Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage overall project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure delivery against approved baselines.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and coordinate corrective, recovery, or acceleration actions.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and activities across Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil/Structural, and Architectural disciplines.
Manage relationships and alignment with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders.
Oversee site quality, HSE compliance, inspections, and regulatory adherence.
Manage project risks, mitigate cross-functional issues, and escalate critical matters to senior management.
Lead project progress reporting, testing & commissioning coordination, and project close-out/handover.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Control Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Min. 7 years of professional experience in project management, construction, engineering, or data center operations.
Min. 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
Proven experience managing medium to large-scale data center / mission-critical projects through all project phases.
Experience working in live/operational data center environments is preferred.
Strong expertise in Data Center Project Management & Engineering/Construction standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Project / Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Visio, MS Office (familiarity with ETAP is a plus).
