Senior Frontend Developer for Data Privacy Company (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team in a remote setup for our Germany-based client. You'll play a key role in developing and enhancing our privacy-focused B2C app, driving innovation, and building high-quality user experiences. This role is perfect for someone passionate about privacy, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We only process candidates that are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

• A cutting-edge data privacy service helping individuals safeguard their personal information. Our platform scans for companies storing user data, assists in deleting it, and streamlines complex opt-out processes. We also monitor potential data breaches and identity theft risks, empowering users to take legal action when companies fail to comply. Currently, we serve Germany, with plans for international expansion, focusing on GDPR compliance, privacy, and security.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Typescript, React, and Next.js.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure that all applications meet high standards of performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Debug, test, and optimize code for maximum efficiency and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies to continuously improve our frontend architecture.
• Contribute to technical discussions and help shape the future of our product.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of projects using Typescript, React, and Next.js.
• Proficiency in building modern, scalable web applications.
• Experience working with Vercel for deployment and serverless functions.
• In-depth understanding of web performance, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• A proactive problem solver with an eye for detail and a passion for crafting excellent user interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A professional home office setup with stable internet and the ability to work efficiently in a remote team.
• A strong interest in privacy, security, and data protection is a plus!
